Blue Sapphire Coffee

Honestly, I just started building my at home coffee setup a few months ago and have tried beans from several local roasters. Blue Sapphire has easily been my favorite so far. The beans were incredibly fresh, the flavor was smooth and balanced, and every espresso shot pulled with great crema.

My first experience with Blue Sapphire was hiring them/the coffee cart for an event. Heba was very kind, professional, and easy to communicate with leading up to the event, day of, and after. She allows you to customize the menu as well. Moving on to the coffee--it's so good!!

Blue Sapphire is by far the best when it comes to originality and unique coffee! I am so impressed not just with how beautiful the drinks look but how amazing they taste. I’m super picky when it comes to my coffee so when I tried Blue Sapphire I was ecstatic to find a coffee vendor like this one.
