I’ve been to Baristopia 3 times. The coffee can be a bit hit or miss for me. I’ve had it be super strong and punchy (my preference) or Ive had it be more on the milky side. They do super fun and creative seasonal drinks and would recommend trying seasonal! Staff always very friendly.
Seeing the logo as I drove by, I suspected this might be the type of mom and Pop Café I avoid… The type where you order an espresso, and they reply, "just the coffee?". I WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG. This is a serious coffee house. Everything is excellent here. The espresso is top-notch.
I've been coming to Beaverton once or twice a year to visit family and always seek out great espresso. This relatively new spot is a standout amongst a sea of great coffee spots and roasters. Beans roasted onsite for optimal freshness.
