The best coffee spot outside of Houston out in Cypress. Extremely happy to have found this spot while I was visiting family. The space is chill and very open; a mix of modern and industrial that feels welcoming. Staff was very nice both times I passed through and helpful in choosing a beverage.
Had a lovely espresso latte at ZunZun for a work meeting. It was smooth, no bitterness and had almost no sugar in it. I usually have to load up on sugar and milk at coffee shops. When coffee is roasted properly you don’t need a whole lot milk/sugar. The location was easy to find off of Telge.
An incredible local coffee roaster in the heart of cypress with a retail front. Despite its slight out of the way location, the coffee shop more than makes up in serving perfectly roasted drip, and espresso based coffee drinks. They also have some iced coffee and tea options.
I love to have good coffee when I travel. I have had good coffee in NYC, LA, San Francisco, London, Paris, Barcelona, but Houston is my home town. I was fortunate to stop into Cafe Zun Zun a few years ago and was so so happy to discover that they bring professional and delicious coffee to Houston suburbia.
