I didn’t expect to find this gem in Fargo. On par with any 3rd wave cafe you’ll find in the big cities. Shorter-pull espressos bring out the full flavor of their beans. Great vibe and service.
Love the vibe in here! The coffee is awesome too. I had a latte and it wasn’t too sweet - just how I like it! My husband got a pour over and loved it as well.
I stopped in yesterday amidst a long road trip and immediately fell in love with the decor, which was like the cozy den in your coolest friend's house. They were spinning Diamond Jubilee by Cindy Lee (swoon). My espresso was perfect -- floral, citrusy, sweet.
The espresso drinks are very good here. I've been several times and had the same great experience each time. If you enjoy latte and cappuccino art this is your place. Also the toast is to die for. I've had it jam and other with almond butter and honey SOOOO good.
