This is a cool cafe and roaster focused exclusively on high end coffees from Columbia. This is very much tailored toward coffee connoisseurs/fanatics. If you’re looking for something you can’t get at a normal coffee shop - this is a great spot. The staff were super friendly.
Great espresso macchiato (though more like a piccolo or small cortado in milk quantity). The double espresso for here tasted like a solid medium roast and came with sparkling water on ice. The Iced latte was good but mostly milk (adding another shot would be good).
Visited this coffee shop today because I wanted to experience the specialty columbian coffee. I was quite pleased to see the large bags of coffee and Columbian music and then wonderful people ready to serve me with a huge smile. My day didn't start so well and this place changed everything for me.
Tried this coffee shop and it absolutely delivered. I ordered the Panela Latte iced with oat milk, and it was perfectly balanced — sweet enough without overpowering the espresso. It was so good I finished it fast. I went back for a second drink and chose the Gesha Dark Blue pour-over.
