Early each Saturday morning this guy roasts some batches of premium coffee at different levels - dark, medium, and so forth, then he sells the beans throughout that one day. So you're getting the *fresh* roasted stuff.

New to the Coffee game/world. Jovan’s Mexican and Guatemala were my first grabs. Roasted that morning, I had to grind it up ASAP. I had two fat cups of each. On-point with incredible flavors at the forefront and the aftertastes are incredibly pleasing. The cold brew is something you have to get, too.
