Visiting from out of town to see the Redwoods, stopped by on a whim, loved it, came back multiple times. I enjoyed a pour over, they do single origin beans from all over the world, I chose one from Ethiopia, very enjoyable and perfectly crafted.
Absolutely loved Witness Coffee Roasters! We tried the matcha latte, cortado, and coffee cake all were exceptional. Everything here is plant based, and you can really taste the care and quality in each sip and bite. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and fantastic flavors. Highly recommend!
Fantastic coffee here. They offer a nice selection of single origin and specialty roasts, prepared with care. The food I’ve had was good, and the ambience is warm and laid back. But this is now one of the best places to get coffee in Humboldt.
Am excellent menu of drink offerings! I am always impressed when coffee shops offer a winder variety of tea latte specials, as well as coffee specials. This shop completes for number 1 as the best I've seen in variety of offerings! We had a tea latte similar to a London Fog that was excellent.
