Winans Coffee & Chocolate

Stopped at Winans while in Dayton on Monday. Decided to enjoy the day walking around the city and found this lovely cafe. The atmosphere, staff, and options were outstanding. I enjoyed the best spiced chai latte I have ever had. If I lived in Dayton, I would be here often.

Great experience at Winans. The customer service was excellent and everyone was really friendly. I ordered a sugar-free iced caramel kiss and it was perfect. I also loved the verse on the cup. That was a really cool and encouraging touch that made the visit stand out even more. Definitely will be back.

I had a small issue and somehow ended up speaking with the owner, Heather. She is absolutely amazing! She not only corrected the issue immediately, but she went above and beyond what I expected! Please go enjoy your coffee, tea, beverages, and treats here. They treat you like family.

The owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful with choosing the best coffee for my palate. They even offered chocolate tasting for my first visit experience. I most definitely will return when in the area!
