Wilson Coffee Roasting Company

I found Wilson Coffee through a verbal recommendation from a friend, who also is a coffee aficionado, and ever since, a larger circle of my own friends became customers.

We found Wilson while standing in line at Hi Time in CM. A total impulse buy when I squeezed the bag and could not resist the smell. Their espresso roast is the best we've found even compared to giants like LaVazza and many other local roasters. They really have something special here. ABSOLUTELY give them a try.

This is by far my favorite Coffee Roasting shop, they have the freshest roasted beans and enough variety to satisfy your taste buds. One thing that I like is asking the owner to create a blend for whatever I'll be drinking, such as just espresso or Americanos, which btw the last mix I got was superb!!

I feel this is what a coffee shop should be like. A workshop for coffee. Roasting on site, simple espresso machine, no seats. Just coffee. (There's also tea and growlers of cold brew. The espresso was well pulled but the bean was a bit bright and tart for my personal taste, though enjoyable nonetheless.
