We've been trying to come here since they opened but every time we thought of it, it was Sunday when they were closed 😂 We finally remembered this past Saturday. The space is cute and quirky--kind of retro with the old signs, booths, and colors.
A new gem in Des Moines!! Super friendly, family run small business who roasts their own beans, stock supply in their store, and are really friendly and good at making yummy drinks!! I asked a million questions about their specialty drinks and business and the Woman was so excited and passionate to share and answer!
I finally stopped in and absolutely loved it! The vibes, the service, the coffee — all immaculate! I’ve been enjoying the bag of beans I took home too. I’m looking forward to my next visit! So happy to have such a rad place in the neighborhood!
Stopped at Wake Up to check them out for the first time! The owners were super friendly and taught us a few things about their roasting process. Tried the spicy coconut milk latte and it was nice and warming on a cold winter day!
