Vitality Roasting

It's decent, and they have a pour over. I don't know that this is the best roaster in the city. The pour overs were all on the weak side, and the beans I bought ended up being a little rough. I like the place and the people there were nice. I don't know that they have their roasting dialed in, however.

This is my first visit, and I really enjoyed it. The barista was kind and the espresso tastes excellent. I really enjoyed the vibe and the seating, but was sad to see that there were not a lot of accessible outlets for doing work.

On my last day in Minneapolis I decided to try wandering around the skyway looking for coffee. I found a truly excellent pourover and a very tasty slice of banana bread from some friendly baristas. This is a great place!

Great quality coffee roaster, the Ethiopia natural process drip coffee was amazing and I will be going out of my way to make this my regular coffee spot. Another perk, 50 cents off if you bring your own mug!
