I recently visited Vista Clara Coffee for the first time to try some new beans. I have an at home espresso machine, and had previously been buying beans from a coffee stand in my area. I noticed the beans they were selling me were over 2 months old.

What a surprise to learn Vista Clara sells coffee in retail, fresh out of the manufacturing facility right here in Western Washington. We have really enjoyed the Milano, and more recently the Lake House Blend of flavors from Costa Rica, Guatamala and Sumatra.
