Cozy vibe. Fresh roasted coffee. Lots of seats and parking (up to 2 hours). The coffee menu didn't have prices, so that was a bit confusing.
Victor’s Celtic Coffee & Roasters isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s a sanctuary. Nestled in the heart of Redmond, this place feels like a cozy cottage you stumble into on a misty walk through the Irish countryside. It’s warm, inviting, and full of character, literally.
They roast every Friday, and I buy their coffee beans fresh every Monday. I found them on Reddit while looking for coffee shops with actual good-quality coffee. The espresso blend they serve in the shop is nice. Kudos to their baristas, they can tell the difference between a cortado and a excessively foamy cappuccino.
Nice options for pastries. Good variety and always fresh. Coffee is improving and making the effort to be more consistent. Nice atmosphere to just chill and take in the rotating art they feature on the surrounding walls. And a fun playlist of variety music in background.
