“I normally put sugar in my coffee, and here I don’t need it because the espresso is mild and delicious, not bitter, very balanced.”
“I loved the coffee roaster on site and the pace was just different as it took us back to a coffee infused time of small batch roasting.”

What customers say
I have been to this coffee shop several times the last couple of weeks while working on a job in San Juan Bautista. The coffee is always wonderful. I enjoy my espresso, and it has been consistent. The staff there, especially Adrian. He is always professional and very sociable.
The quintessential little cafe in a town known for a historic mission and the namesake directorial venture of the most famous filmmakers in the world. The coffee is spot on. The service is very courteous and the people are warm. You can sit with that cup in the patio and spend the whole day in the sun.
Vertigo Coffee Roasters was amazing! I had one of the best lattes I've ever had. The pastries were delicious and had the perfect texture. They were roasting the coffee beans fresh when we walked in. One note - lunch items including pizzas are available after 12 pm.
Nice little coffee shop with a small selection of food, great outdoor seating for the fur friends and for when the weather is nice. They roasted their own beans there too!
