Today I find myself in historic San Antonio Texas. A first for me. Making my way to the Alamo, RIP Ozzy, I’ve stumbled upon Vela Coffee. The vibe at Vela is a subtle blend of neighborhood and Posch. The music as on point, not too loud, good vibes. I’ve ordered my usual, a cappuccino, a bit dry, in a mug.
Vela is a hidden gem of coffee in downtown San Antonio. The service is amazing, friendly, prompt, and skilled in crafting delicious espresso drinks. I visited twice and the foam on my latte and chai were perfectly smooth.
Stopped by this morning and ordered a latte and an iced shaken espresso. Drinks were good, but not enough to keep me coming back. I might stop by again to try the Turkish coffee. Employees and welcoming and the shop itself is nice and clean.
quite literally the best coffee i have ever had! please try this place!!!! i got a shaken espresso with maple and salted caramel seriously so delicious. my friend got the blueberry match also amazing!
