After going to Valkyrie Coffee Roasters, I have discovered my new favorite cafe. Each cup is brewed with artisanal and creative flair. When speaking with the owner, we learned a little about their seven years journey to find the best coffee beans and recipes to elevate one's cup.
A good friend gave us the most wonderful gift..a bag of roasted Peruvian Aprysa from Valkyrie. As soon as I opened the bag I was pleased with the aroma. As I was brewing for a pour over I saw it had a nice bloom which is an indicator of freshness and good roasting.
Had such a great experience at The Valkyrie! It was the perfect quiet spot for me and three friends to meet and catch up. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and welcoming. Everything we ordered was delicious.
