Great little coffee shop that’s light and bright with minimal decor. The service was friendly and they offer quality coffee options. I got the not just PSL latte and my wife got the apple chider. Sadly my latte didn’t have a coffee flavor and very light pumpkin flavor.
Union Coffee, how we love thee.. Let us count the ways. Our first time in GBO, and we are coffee geeks, and we look out of our BnB window, and behold! A coffee shop! Cortados, Americanos, Lattes, OH MY! We loved our coffee. Brown Sugar latte with oatmilk was perfection. Coffee and roast was soooo smooth.
The real deal. Espresso was some of the smoothest, sweetest, least bitter espressos I’ve had in a while. Super chill vibe and tunes and the staff was absolutely amazing, cheerful and kind.
Nice experience overall. Had 2 pour overs by the Night Swim Coffee, they were not very exciting, at most. I think it’s better when this coffee shop serves Black and White - I had a cup of their coffee in the past, and I gotta say, it was fantastic. Finished with a nice Honduran decaf cappuccino - enjoyed it.
