Uncommon Grounds Coffee & Bagels

Very consistent with their other two locations. To me, it wasn't as busy as the other two, so the customer service was a little better and friendlier because they don't have to just push you through. Looks very much like the original location near UAlbany and lots of space to study or remote work.

My wife and I had to decide on catering last minute for an event with over 100 people and we called Uncommon Grounds on a Saturday around noon fully understanding how last minute this was and we were willing to go to multiple locations if needed to get the amount of bagels we needed.

This is an awesome breakfast place. Love everything about this place. The coffee is great and the breakfast sandwiches are excellent. My favorite is the Mediterranean sandwich on everything bagel. The bagels are huge and very tasty. Usually has quite a few people in the morning.

It was very busy on an August Friday morning but it ran like a well oiled machine. Employees all quick, efficient and friendly enough. I got a large pistachio latte and jalapeño cheddar bagel with lots veggies cream cheese. Both delicious!
