I've visited arguably the coffee Mecca of the world, Colombia, and I've tried coffee there directly after being picked from the farm. I thought that was as good as coffee got.. until I tried Tweed's coffee beans.
Great coffee and the team is very responsive. We lived in Texas for 5 years and this was they have the best espresso beans after trying 20+ roasters. We got on the auto subscription and get 4 bags every 2 week.
Very consistently good coffee beans! The single origins always make great pour overs and really interesting (in a good way) shots of espresso, if you have the equipment to pull shots at home. Shockingly good decaf, too, somehow.
While I have never been to the roastery, their coffee beans are amazingly delicious. I particularly enjoy Timepiece.
