Easily the best coffee I’ve ever had. I’ve lived all over the US and there are few roasters that even come close. I used to get it every morning, but we moved and now there’s a hole in my heart. If it’s fall, try the sweater vest. It’s like a cozy fall night by the bonfire in a cup.

Great coffee in a quiet setting. Trilogy Coffee roasters was a great way to start my day. Indoor and outdoor seating, prompt service, and attentive servers. Right in the heart of DeLand off Georgia Avenue. They also do a lot with local businesses and supporting local artists. Drink Local ☕️

This is our favorite coffee shop in central Florida. I prefer pour over coffee and they have a great selection, and it is always great quality. We also enjoy the cold brew, and my children love the cold tea, with honey added of course! The customer service is exceptional and only gets better if you become a regular!

this my favorite coffee spot in DeLand! the staff is super friendly and service is quick, unless you’re ordering food since that’s made in a separate location. there’s wifi available so you can sit and do work. the coffee is great and there’s no extra charge for milk substitutes.
