Wonderful stop for some locally roasted coffee beans and a delicious cup of coffee with homemade syrups! Very friendly staff and a cute shop inside. And a great area for kids to play!
When ever we travel we always pick up a bag of beans from small roasters. We have yet to find a roast that tops Trail Creek's Slingshot Espresso! Best beans we've found in WI, IA, SD or MN!
They make some of my favorite coffees. Crème brûlée is a staple flavor and worth having any time of the year (hot or iced), as well as pistachio. I highly recommend. Everyone I have introduced to Trail Creek has loved their coffee. Trail Creek is also located at the Rochester, MN farmers market.
Went to Jim’s roasting class tonight and had a great time!! Lots of info but still accessible for coffee newbies. Added bonus we got to take home 3 different batches of fresh roasted coffee that we roasted.
