I took the Barista 1 class here and I learned so much. The atmosphere is very laidback and the instructor was clearly passionate about the material. The attendees were diverse: some people were making coffee for themselves, some were baristas, some were opening coffee shops, ages ranged from 20s to 50s, some attendees…

Tiny Footprint is an awesome company! Wonderful, kind people who care about others, provide excellent coffee, and have great relationships with coffee farms in various locations around the world- fair trade and organic, and take carbon negative action by planting trees and supporting growth in areas of coffee.
Love Tiny Footprint Coffee! Found them at the Minneapolis Farmers Market, and have ordered from them for a couple years now. We regularly order medium roasted Mexico and Peru beans, and the Cold Press Elixir...beans are consistently roasted every time. Very reasonably priced with a free shipping option.
