Eric, the owner, was great! Please find a way to support and buy beans from Thinkwell.Coffee. I’m in Waverly with my fiancé, visiting her mother. I was in search of a bag of light roast - those floral and juicy beans of goodness. A quick google maps check and I decided try Thinkwell.
Hands down my favorite craft roasted coffee. I always have a bag or two on hand. I’m a big fan of the high temp roasts!! Pour over, or espresso this bean just tastes the best. Plus if you are ever unsure what temp you’d like just reach out!
What a treat to have a local roaster who is a gifted, experienced, and conscientious craftsman. The coffee itself is a treat but this is only one of the benefits of supporting Thinkwell.
