My cup today was a single-origin Guatemalan bean medium-roasted. Absolutely delicious. Yesterday we tried the gruyere & ham pastry and cinnamon roll. Both delectable and artisanal.

Excellent Mt. Shasta branch of this Redding based third wave coffee shop. It's part of a new looking hotel, adjacent to the hotel lobby I believe. Huge, open, modern space to sit in, coffee was very good.
Perfectly crafted latte with a velvety taste and beautifully served too! We shared a cinnamon roll that was - wow!!! So good. Love the clean and open vibe with accents of wood and greenery. Nice seating options from stools to sofa to booth to tables.
