The Wholly Roast

I recently tried Wholly Roast coffee, and I’m honestly impressed. From the moment you open the bag, the aroma is rich, smooth, and inviting. The flavor is perfectly balanced — bold without being bitter, smooth without being weak. You can really taste the freshness in every sip.

Randomly found this roaster online l, was looking for a new coffee to try. WOW!!! Was I pleasantly surprised. Some specialty shops are almost never uniformly roasted, and roast too light. These guys hit it out the ball park with their Harmony Blend perfect blend of medium and dark beans. Thanks again The wholly roast

I ordered medium roast and it was absolutely delicious. The smell of delicious coffee in my house was welcoming and just the right touch to start the day. To top it off the taste was divine full of flavor. It wasn’t bitter at all. On the contrary it was delicious and got better with every sip ✨☕️

I enjoy coffee with a fuller body that doesn't require a ton of additives to be drinkable. I ordered the Gayo Cooperative and was not disappointed. Far more complex than I was expecting! Catered to my the grind size for pour over as well! 10/10! Can't imagine going back to any other brand.
