An absolute gem in the Central Valley - a region not exactly known for its specialty coffee. I would out ASIP up there with Clouds Rest Coffee in Oakhurst for best coffee I’ve had in the CV. Colombian pour over was excellent! 👌
This place is one of a kind. So much space to work, chill, vibe, hang out. They offer events and plenty of coffee tasting experiences! My husband has attending two of the cupping classes and they were such a delightful experience. The owner has done such a great job!
The coffee here is excellent! I haven't tried any of their food, but the coffee every time I come is top notch. They roast their own beans and it shows. The building has so much room so I never feel crowded or in the way. The staff is always so incredibly sweet, and complementary.
Sensory Lab in Merced has quickly become one of our favorite spots! The space is huge, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully organized, creating a relaxed and inviting vibe. We were thrilled to see they now offer breakfast, and it did not disappoint!
