The Clay Cup

Great spot for an afternoon pick-me-up. I only tried their matcha, but they also have several food items and also sell whole beans they roast themselves. They have seating inside but we walked across the street to sit on a bench to enjoy the sun.

Very nice coffe and pottery shop tucked away in downtown Altoona. Hearty “Loaded Baked Potato” soup that had a creamy texture and right balance of ingredients. The Americano is a blend of light coffee with a shot of espresso to add a bolder tone. Nutty but not overpowering and smooth.

Such a cute little coffee shop! The staff is supppper friendly and the coffee and tea tastes amazing. My hub got pour over coffee and I got their chai tea latte. So hard to find good chai but theirs is great 😍 what a gem in Altoona.

I have been to many coffee shops in many cities across the world and this is my favorite. I never thought Altoona/Hollidaysburg would have a place like this! My mom has an espresso machine at her house now but I still try to come here at least once on every trip back home.
