Sunergos Coffee

To start I actually worked for a high end wholesale coffee company that served Aspen in the late 90’s - way before coffee became a thing in the USA... I quickly became a coffee aficionado and understood what coffee is, especially carefully curated coffee.

As a former employee, and regular customer for over 5 years now, I have to say: Sunergos coffee is just the best. At the Norris location you will find hospitable baristas, award winning espresso, and a nice outdoor patio you can bring your dog to. If you’ve never been here before, why wouldn’t you check it out?

Service here was very good. Seating and ambience was even better. Best part? Their cortado (recommended by their barista) was fantastic. I'm an ex-barista and this is the best espresso/steamed milk I've had in a long time. I'm happy I came here. Good luck in Minneapolis Mr. Barista

My husband and I were on vacation for 3 days in Louisville and came to this location twice. The iced latte’s were so good and creamy. we want to try their freshly roasted beans for home, I plan to order some online when I am out of my current beans. Workers were nice.
