Summer moon coffee is a delicious coffee shop conveniently located right off Metcalf. I ordered the 22oz half winter moon latte. At first I was confused what all the quarter, half, full moon menu items meant but as I got closer to the register, there was a lovely diagram for me to figure out the sweetness to espresso…
They offer a unique twist on coffee shops by making their own secret recipe Moon Milk to their espresso drinks! It was busy, but we got our coffee drinks quickly!
Today, I got the iced blue moon latte (nearly $6). I don’t come here often, but when I do, I always love the atmosphere. The service is pretty fast and it’s not that busy in the evenings. It’s a great place to study or relax and just sip some coffee.
With my last day here in Kansas (Olathe/Lenexa area), I wanted to hit all highly rated coffee shops in Olathe, Overland Park and Shawnee areas. Total of 8 today, already visited 7 others in the earlier part of the week. Unique about this coffee shop is that it’s the most crowded I’ve seen.
