I ordered the Ethiopia Organic Yirgacheffe and used my pour over. I'm new to the coffee scene, but I can say this is the best cup of coffee I've made so far. The bag says Tangerine, Blackberry, Winey. I smelled and tasted all three which really put a smile on my face.
My daughter and I had an amazing opportunity today!!!! We were permitted to tour the facility and become more informed about the roasting process and the art of coffee. It was absolutely delightful to meet Marco and Iman.
I had the poppy blend ground coffee this morning and it was such a treat. The mission behind this coffee makes it that much tastier. Looking forward to trying other blends from Coasters Coffee. (I had it hot and black to get a real taste for it.)
