Your coffee shop is one of my favorites and I really enjoy everything you serve, but the drip coffee is consistently very sour. Light roast, under-extraction, low brew temperature, or overly fresh beans might be the reason. Just wanted to share this feedback because everything else you make is great.
Strange Matter (at the union) has become routine for me and so many of my friends. All of the staff members are friendly all day, every day, and some of them even learned our names! The service is super fast, even during busy hours, and everything on their menu is delicious.
We catered with Strange Matter (Union location) for an event and had an excellent experience! Their on-campus catering was very efficient and they were always ready on time with the order. Any questions or concerns I ever had were always immediately addressed and resolved.
Wow! What a great addition to the Union! It was so cute inside, I loved all of the plants and the cute decor. I haven’t been on campus since I graduated last year and this was a pleasant surprise. I stopped by right before closing apparently and got a donut too.
