I love the story on how this coffee shop came to be, and appreciate the care and love that you can feel in the food and coffee they serve. Their pour overs have such a surprisingly tasty flavor profile and are served in a charming wood tray with milk and sugar so that you can make it to your own liking.
Visited STEMMA Craft Coffee for the first time last week with a friend, and I’m still thinking about it! We ordered the avocado toast topped with lightly roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a perfectly cooked egg, and a touch of balsamic glaze ~ absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
True Coffee Roaster with a Cozy Feel Stemma Craft Coffee feels like a true coffee roaster. They have the roaster right in the shop, and when we were there, they were even tasting and evaluating the coffee, which was cool to see.
