It was a freezing cold day in Cooperstown and several other restaurants were closed since it's off season. We found ourselves at Stagecoach Coffee and am I glad we did! We got coffee, hot chocolate, and a chai latte and all were very good. I'm a bit of a coffee snob yet the dark roast passed my personal test.
I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which makes me allergic to all mammal meats and byproducts (beef, pork, dairy, etc.). The Stagecoach was incredible to deal with. I traveled through the area for work and was needing a safe place for breakfast. Christina was very attentive to my needs and made sure to take every precaution.

Great little local roasters and coffee shop. Friendly staff, simple but tasty sandwich and soup selections, plenty of baked goods to choose from. All in all a good small town experience.
