Spruce Cafe & Patisserie

This cafe had a unique vibe. It was simple and minimalistic with a splash of post modern grunge and some touches of warmth to make it feel more approachable. Overall the drinks and the pastries were good but felt like the coffee was secondary to creating an instagrammable atmosphere.

Good espresso, food and service. Always pleasure to be here. The atmosphere is dimly lit, but it's cold inside, and it's chilly to sit on metal chairs and use cold marble tables. I think the furniture, except for the wooden table, should be updated and more seating should be added.

Finally a place that ACTUALLY SPECIALIZES in coffee, (and not milk and sugar🤣) The level of roast is slightly lighter so you will perceive a bit more acidic taste. The macchiato is actually small to appreciate the full flavor of the coffee and not added milk and sugar.

Gem! Got a lot of work done here. There’s vibes for everyone! Inside you’ll see lot of people mostly working. There’s a big extension for charging in the middle seating not sure about the other seats. For more social hanging out, they have really nice out door seating.
