This is a great local coffee roaster. They are smaller, so all of their coffee are handled very carefully. I appreciate that they are fairtrade and organic. But most importantly, the coffee is very good. I have been drinking their Ethiopian Dark. I have been brewing it as a pour over. It is an excellent brew.
