Southie Coffee Reserve

very cute little shop. I had the "southie" coconut vanilla iced latte with coconut milk and a muffin. the latte was refreshing and the espresso was a little bitter at first but the coconut softened it nicely. the barista was very nice and greeted us immediately. I liked the soft lighting, music, and decorations.

This is my favorite local coffee shop in Seminole, FL! We always order the signature banana mocha with oat milk, and my favorite seasonal drinks are the coconut banana and the Summer Samoan. It’s truly some of the best coffee around, and I love that they roast their own coffee beans and use homemade syrups.

Great little coffee shop! We had delicious empanadas on top of good coffee. You have to try the Cuban empanada - like a Cuban sandwich inside! The space was really small and gets packed, so not so much a place to linger and work.

Excellent service, people who care about their customers and quality offerings is about all that needs to be said. This eclectic coffee shop has a wide variety of coffees for all Tastes including non dairy creamers. Food includes vegetarian and vegan options. Other reviews agree.
