What regulars say again and again
“Their vegan cinnamon roll was amazing, however, if you are wanting a food item you must come early because they sell out fast!”
“The smell of roasted coffee greets you as soon as you walk in the door, the friendly attitude of the barista and the answers to the questions make for a very good experience.”
What customers say
Possibly the last roaster in the High Desert, and maybe the only place remaining where the coffee tastes like coffee. All the syrups and flavors are made in-house. There is a rotating monthly menu of flavored lattes and teas where the advantage of this really shines through.
Cool spot. 😎 They have a giant liquid nitrogen tank & roaster that are epic looking. I really enjoyed their iced oat-milk matcha latte. It’s the most hipster looking coffee shop in the high desert (in a good way). Staff were friendly. Wish they had more comfortable seating.
Heckin long line today, but that just shows you how much the community loves Solo Brew and Roasters! This was my first ever time here, and even though the line was long, I didn't wait long at all. The way the owners worked under pressure will have me making the trip more often! Keep up the good work y'all!
Solo Brew & Roasters is a true high-desert gem! Amazing coffee, cozy atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Always worth the stop. I love the lavender iced latte and their matcha is AMAZING !!
