Smokestack Roasters is a welcome addition to East Princeton, which has basically no dining options much less a nice little coffee spot. Smokestack is definitely that, friendly service and high quality espresso and coffee options, a big step above Dunks or Starbucks.
Smokestack he best coffee house in the area hands down! I’ve even watched them roast their own beans in the mother store.
A great coffee stand if you are driving through central Mass! Very friendly staff was helpful when we visited for the first time. Have gone back a couple times now and happy each time.
It was a great place to stop on the way to work but their new limited hours makes that impossible now. 5 stars for quality and service for anyone that is able to get there on the weekend, though.
