“The espresso service is technically proficient, exhibiting smooth acidity and clear flavor definitions consistent with light roast profiles.”

“The baristas were very welcoming but it seems like one of those places that could be intimidating if you don’t really know your coffee (or tea, if that’s what you’re there for).”
What customers say
Always great! I used to live in Boise and this was probably my favorite shop to work at. I would call them a coffee curator, meaning they don’t roast their own coffee or use one roaster’s beans. They look for the best roasters around the country (and some outside the country as well!
One of the Top 3 coffee shops ive been to in the world. This statement is purely based on the coffee available and not selection(only two available Roasters at the time). They source from different Roasters from around the world and they were top notch. Pour overs are precise and absolutely delicious.
By far the best traditional espresso and coffee in Boise. I’ve been coming here for years and honestly wish I stopped in more often. The atmosphere is excellent - relaxed and inviting, perfect for spending time on a day off.
If you’re a coffee nerd this is the spot for you. The roasts are really special. The notes listed on the menu truly shine in each sip. My husband ordered the shot + pour and I ordered a vanilla latte. We both enjoyed our drinks. We also ordered a danish.
