“They roast their own beans they source it themselves from across the globe.”
“While I didn't try one of the home made freshly baked (mostly) croissants the owner makes daily, she should hype more in the website description, which just says pastries.”

What customers say
Shooke Coffee is fantastic. If you blink while driving through the area you might miss it, it is a small store-front, but once inside it is spacious and very comfortable. There is a plethora of items to choose from even off of the coffee menu. The coffee itself is fantastic.
I am what they call a coffee snob. Maybe even more a snob of the snobs. This place is it. I rank this as having one of the best cappuccinos that has ever graced my palette. I even bought a bag of beans to take home with me so I can extend the enjoyment further.
Had read such good reviews of this coffee that we had to stop for a cuppa' before leaving Torrey, UT. So glad we did! That was some of THE BEST cuppa of simply house brewed coffee I have ever tasted!
Awesome spot! Totally worth stopping by and grabbing something. They have incredible coffee that’s very obviously made intentionally and with care. Had a juniper latte that was harvested locally! Super delicious. They have a lot of artisan goods and even some of their small batch coffee roasts to take home.
