This is for the Trumbull location where the coffee is roasted freshly and often. I can't do this business enough justice with just a review here on Google. You'd have to go for yourself in person and purchase a bag or 2 of this amazing coffee.
Although limited with the suppliers that grow certified organic, Shearwater manages to provide excellent quantity coffees that are organic at a price that is very competitive. However, the most notable achievement is the perfecting of the roast of each crop by trial and error.
I'm an espresso hobbyist and just moved to the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great local roaster so close to my house. These guys are legit. Great selection of single origin and blends. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Some of the best coffee there is out there. It is freshly made. It’s also perfectly roasted and fresh with each and every coffee bean they make out there!
