Sergi Coffee Roaster

Sergi Coffee is nestled away on the corner of Sunrise Service Rd South which I would think would make it a bit more trafficked, but I must've came in on a quiet day. I ordered a cappuccino and was surprisingly well balanced with the flavorful house roasted espresso.

I like their coffee and the cafe layout. There is ample space between tables compared to Starbucks. The new standard is quickly becoming independent roasters with a retail presence. Sergi told me their coffee comes from his plantation in Colombia.

an iced double espresso with a splash of almond milk and sugar free vanilla syrup was $3.35. at starbucks it’s like $8.00. that alone merits 5000 stars from me. and it was yummy!

The Turkish coffee I ordered (my first time ordering this, mind you) was excellent. They explained it perfectly, and it was smooth as butter. Flavorful, lightly sweet (just as ordered) and hot! The girl working at the front was as polite as ever - one of the nicest interactions I've ever had at a coffee shop.
