The coffee is amazing. Perfect roast. Tastes fresh and delicious. I ordered the Ethiopia medium roast. I prefer blonde and med roast as the beans flavor is accentuated vs burned alive in a dark roast. Also the caffeine is more noticeable. Their coffee does not disappoint. Properly priced. I found this Roasting company because they make “rescue roasts” where they send part of the proceeds to animal shelters. I ordered to support the animals and found my new favorite coffee! I live out of state but they ship their amazing beans right to my door. Every single roast I have tried is AMAZING.

Great local roaster without frills. Range of delicate roasts that are great with a pour over. Though it’s not a true “brick and mortar store,” they have been awesome every time I come in to pick up coffee since my husband and I are locals. Glad we finally have a local business to support!
