We have a Breville Barista Express espresso machine. After using whole beans from many big name brands from big stores, our friend recommended using fresh coffee beans. We decided to try fresh coffee beans from local roaster/coffee shop Sanctuary Coffee Roasting, specifically the “Espresso”.
Fresno has finally joined the coffee bean scene thanks to Chef Vatche. Roasting coffee is half science half passion much like elevated cooking. Just like wine and the sourced grapes that vary by location and weather, coffee beans vary by source and weather conditions.
I tried three different coffee beans and they are all amazing! I really love the midnight oil. I like my coffee black and loved the flavor. Will definitely be coming back for more.
