Saint Frank Coffee

Saint Frank Coffee in Menlo Park is a total gem—charming, intentional, and clearly run by people who care deeply about the craft. I ordered the flat white with their medium roast, which leaned into a beautiful caramel-chocolatey flavor profile.

I don't mean to sound like an old grinch, or begrudge these guys the business and prices they're able to justify here. But $1 extra on an already $4.50 espresso to make it a macchiato with what, 1 teaspoon of milk? Cmon, this is a little ridiculous. See menu photo as of Dec 2025, attached.

Great artisan coffee roast for coffee connoisseurs. Limited bakery item choice but good enough to enjoy with a cuppa. All seating is outdoor, so need a good weather (which is very common in lucky California) to enjoy the coffee. It is next to Menlo park station, so will have frequent trains passing.

Coffee: Got a latte with house milk-- perfect temp, nice latte art, and smooth foam. The milk and coffee were super balanced. I could still taste the espresso through the milk. Solid cup. Environment & service: Came around 2.30pm and outside seatings were mostly under the shades. Dog friendly spot. Service was quick.
