This place is so good and delicious it is worth my time and definitely worth my money, it is real coffee and real coffee beans. Starbucks is good, but it can never catch up with safari coffee!! Go now!!!!!
Didn't spend long here but wish I did. Store owner quite welcoming, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his shop. Haven't been to a local roaster in some time and was happy to have such a deep, even if brief, convo. Always happy to learn about quality beans! Also, loved the muffins.
Discovered Safari Coffee Roasters today with a friend (who has been here multiple times). A WONDERFUL selection of specialty coffees and other hot or cold drinks. Custom-made me a cold almond milk "Caramel Royale." Uses coffees from a variety of coffee growers. Has some yummy-looking baked goods.
I have been buying my fresh roasted coffee beans from Safari coffee since I first moved to Escondido over 10 years ago. The Black Pearl coffee is an amazing, flavorful, dark, dark roast. Today I tried their new turkey avocado and bacon sandwich for the first time and it was easily a 10 out of 10.
