I've tried beans from most roasters in Lynchburg and several from surrounding areas. Rosetta makes the best I've had. I can't explain why, but theirs produce the smoothest texture on my espresso no matter the roast level. Definitely worth the price. Also +1 for the Corgi. Keep them on payroll!
