Roots Coffee Payson

Parking is in the back - shared parking lot for the apartments, they have a few designated stalls for Roots Coffee customers. From the parking lot, if you walk on the south side of the building there is a side door entrance right into a big room with plenty of seating options.

Such a great spot for Coffee. I'm from Ohio but my parents live in Payson UT. I have struggled to find decent coffee on the Wasatch Front. I was so impressed with the coffee. It was a medium roast. Very flavorful. They roast their own beans on-site. This will be my goto from now on when I visit.

We love this new coffee spot!! The inside is top notch and the big sitting area in the back is so calming for chilling or doing homework. The picture is a Horchatta latte blended and a Mexican mocha hot 🔥 so good!!! Update you can buy the chocolate covered expresso beans 🫘

I love this place. Gina and the crew are fantastic. I love the on site roaster, the environment is great to just chill by yourself or with a group. Great spot for meeting, great food, coffee and great vibes all around!
