We took our dog to revisit friends at Princeton University on an exceptionally hot day, so we just happened upon this coffee shop for AC—an unplanned stop. We didn’t realize it wasn’t a typical dog-friendly café, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us.
I did not get to try that many places during my short weekend trip to Princeton, but out of the ones that I had, @rojosroastery was definitely my favorite! My cappuccino had an acidic flavor of the espresso shot and a good amount of frothy milk. So awesome!
The cheese danish was perfect. Sparkling water in a coffee shop is a must and I’m glad they had it! The barista was so adamant about getting me the perfect double espresso and I was very impressed. It was a great experience
