Cool live roasting. The beans are medium or medium dark roast, but I'm biased and only like light roast. They let me have a small taste before I committed to buying anything, which I appreciate. I did not end up buying anything.
This place is always good. They flash chill their iced coffee here through a still once you order it so it’s always fresh. They’re chocolate chip cookies are always good too. They have a cool roasting machine too (pictured).
Special concept! Roasting Plant roasts everything onsite, brews each cup to order, and shows the beans in their fancy tubes. There’s 7 hoppers of different beans from all over the world. Each coffee drink is brewed fresh, which is rare for drip coffee.
